Second FICEP Youth Congress with focus on “Youth Volunteering”
The second FICEP Youth Congress took place in L´Aquila from April 4 to 6, 2025, under the motto “Youth volunteering”. The aim of this congress was to inform young volunteers about their possibilities for international volunteering, to network, share their ideas and strengthen their skills and knowledge through various workshops, both personally and professionally.
FICEP General Assembly 2025
The FICEP General Assembly was hosted by Member NBA Aquila in their beautiful hometown. Anna Lamprecht was elected as new Youth Committee Director and Christian Lettner as new member of the Executive Committee (both members of SPORTUNION). Stefani Groß, Jonathan Collomb, Peter Bouschen and Erhard Bechthold continued in their positions.
Christian Babonneau re-elected as president of FSCF
At the elective congress of the Fédération Sportive et Culturelle de France (FSCF) which took place in Troyes, Aube, Christian Babonneau was re-elected for a fourth and final term as president of the federation. At the head of the FSCF since 2012, he intends to pursue his commitment with renewed energy, carrying forward an ambitious
Cross-country event November 2025
FICEP member DJK invites to a cross-country event for November 2025. It will be in Neuss, nearby Düsseldorf.
It´s a yearly cross-country event, which will be 2025 open for international participants.

The ‘Fédération Internationale Catholique d’Education Physique et sportive’ – abbreviated FICEP – was founded as ‘Union Internationale des Oeuvres Catholiques d’Education Physique’ in 1911 and currently consists of 12 member states and 12 associations. Its current name was given to the organisation in 1947. The FICEP is an international sports association acting on the basis of ethical ideals of Christianity, advocating the Christian ideas of man in sports and communities.
